Data Deletion Instructions for GeniusLAB

Purpose: Users have the right to request deletion of their personal and medical data in compliance with Meta and local data protection laws.

1. How Users Can Request Deletion

1. Visit [https://geniuslab.al/data-deletion]
2. Provide:
   • Full name
   • Phone number or account ID used in the app
   • Email (optional)
3. Specify that you are requesting deletion of all personal and medical data.

2. Processing Requests

• Requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours.
• Data deletion will be completed within 5 business days.
• Users will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
